M365 May is a community-run event and we are seeking like-minded sponsors who can help us make the event happen and promote it in exchange for your company being featured across our activities and platforms.

The audience

Our initial pre-registrations included job titles such as:

  • IT Manager
  • Business Operations Manager
  • Digital Adoption Lead
  • Senior Collaboration Team Lead
  • Head of Information Technology
  • Business Analyst
  • IT Applications Analyst
  • ICT Coordinator
  • Director Corporate Services

We are expecting registration numbers to be closer to 300-400, with audience count per session varying based on topic.

Sponsor Benefits

As a sponsor, your logo will be shown at the start and end of every session on our “thanks to the sponsors” slides.

During each session we will include a competition, which will feature your logo and thank-you callout. (We do it this way to ensure people are paying attention!)

Your logo and website link will feature on our website, social media, and be regularly called out as part of our posts and communications (on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meetup).

Plus, an opportunity for you to present your own session.

The sessions will be recorded and made available online which means their reach – and your brand – will continue to grow.

Levels

There’s two levels of sponsorship: Gold and Silver. Both levels cover the entire event (not per-session).

Gold

As a gold sponsor, you get all of the above plus your own session.

Your contribution for Gold level is $500 plus GST, and to supply some form of competition prize (it can be in the form of hardware, swag, voucher, etc.).

Silver

As a silver sponsor, you get all of the above except for your own session.

All you need to contribute for Silver level is $250 plus GST, and to supply some form of competition prize (it can be in the form of hardware, swag, voucher, etc.).

Quality content assured

On our registration page we explicitly ask attendees to give their consent for passing their details across to sponsors. We also make it clear that they must provide their work email address, not personal email.

At the end of the event, we will perform data matching to ensure that those who entered a prize during a session have both consented to having their details provided, and have also provided their work email address.

Funding use

M365 May is a community-run event. The speakers (and organisers) are all doing this on their own personal time. We will use sponsorship contributions for administrative and back-of-house costs for hosting, graphics, online services, gifts for speakers and volunteers etc…
